As canteen users can easily manage their own subscriptions, the canteen now have the new ability to limit usage to a specific number of days per week, such as 3 or 5 days.
To ensure seamless compliance, these subscriptions are now fully integrated with the canteen’s check-in screens. If a user is on a 3-day plan, the system automatically tracks usage and will only permit three check-ins per week. For full transparency, the customer’s receipt now displays their real-time usage for the current week, clearly showing how many check-ins have been performed and how many remain. This automated control reduces manual monitoring for the staff while providing users with a clear and fair overview of their subscription status.
