Survey: Receive instant user feedback

User surveys in GoPay Manager are designed to collect feedback from customers, specifically regarding their dining experiences in canteens. These surveys help businesses understand food quality, portion sizes, and overall customer satisfaction.

By utilizing this feature, you can receive continuous feedback from customers immediately after they have eaten. Customers can easily respond by selecting a smiley and marking the specific items they were satisfied or dissatisfied with. This approach ensures that more users provide feedback while the experience is still fresh in their minds, resulting in high participation rates and more accurate data.

Kitchen staff have a daily overview of satisfaction levels, making it easy to act promptly and achieve a better service experience.

  • Customer can participate or decline the survey evaluation. Card will automatically disappear after x days.
  • If customer clicks on the survey card to participate, the customer will see a new window to rate the purchase. Customer can choose among 6 smileys from Awesome, Good, Medium, Bad and Terrible.
  • Depending on the selected smiley, the customer will be asked to select what topics was good or bad.
  • Customer can also write a comment.
  • Customer evaluation is anonymous.
  • Kitchen have access to survey reports and summary cards.
