Kitchen staff can now activate a survey. For each purchase a survey card appears on the GoPay app home screen.

  • Customer can participate or decline the survey evaluation. Card will automatically disappear after x days.
  • If customer clicks on the survey card to participate, the customer will see a new window to rate the purchase. Customer can choose among 6 smileys from Awesome, Good, Meh, Bad and Terrible.
  • Depending on the selected smiley, the customer will be asked to select what topics was good or bad.
  • Customer can also write a comment.
  • Customer evaluation is anonymous.
  • Kitchen have access to survey reports and summary cards.
